Project Description

Client: Integrated Food Projects Ltd
Location: Park Royal, London
Year Completed: 2016

Park Royal was a contract for one of Denmarks leading bakers, Ole and Steene.

The job had a number of challenges, including working along site specialist contractors from Denmark.

9M worked closely as the principle contractor with all trades, in addition to the complex oven, extractors and baking machinery installers.

Full climate control air conditioning throughout the unit to include the office space.

A full water supply system was installed to cope with the ongoing needs of the bakers.

The contract was completed ahead of time and on budget.

9M have gone on to assist Ole and Steene with their 1st retail store in St James London, which opened December 2016.

Client review

Having worked with the team at 9M on numerous projects, I can highly recommend their approach to projects. They are client focused and user friendly, whilst remaining competitively priced.

On the projects we have used them for, the quality has been excellent with little snags and no latent defects, all within agreed timescales and within budget.

The latest project on behalf of Ole & Steen in Park Royal, London, was no exception.

I look forward to working with 9M again in the near future.

Client Review

Julian Moriarty was appointed Principle Contractor on a £750,000-00 New Masonic Hall for Northamptonshire and Huntingdonshire Freemasons.

The project was started in the Autumn of 2012 and was hoped to be completed by May 2013. Through the harshest of Winter weather not a day was lost and the building was completed on the day. A superb effort.

The management and paperwork was excellent. The site was safe and tidy at all times. The workmen were polite and helpful. Changes were made mid way through the build and they were made expediently.

Overall very satisfied.

I have since gone on to use Mr Moriarty in other aspects of my Principle businesses in the Housebuilding sector. All with the same outcome.

Car Dealership Exhibition Stand

Project Description

Client: Principle Systems Ltd
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia
Year Completed: 2014

9M took a full construction team to Bratislava in 2014 to build a Nissan concept dealership inside an exhibition centre, with only photos, sizes and design brief, 9M transported all the materials required from their local building merchants and transported it across Europe. We had a 16 day deadline to complete the works and we had to work throughout the night to ensure completion date was met.

Client review

I wanted to write and express my personal gratitiude for the fantastic job that the team did in Bratislava

Building a complete car showroom inside a warehouse is in itself a substantial undertaking but, to do so at such pace and with such limited mobilisation time is testament to the flexibility and competence of your colleagues. The particular challenges of building overseas, including coping with uncommon constructional standards, a foreign language and unusual materials, all contributed further complexity to a tight timeline and an exacting client.

We know that the team from Nissan were very demanding in their expectations and inevitably needed to make amendments during the build process, to accommodate the requirements of their internal clients. Your team always responded with the utmost flexibility and positive attitude to the goal at hand.

The key point is that the project came in, on time and on budget and the client was delighted with the quality of the build.
