The building was an empty shell and was turned into fantastic studios for the theatre school.

Back in 2016 9m built a purpose building to store cars, due to the success of the facility, 9m were engaged to build a second unit.

Climate control air conditioning, LED lighting with motion cameras, a car elevator to access the first floor and a state of the art security system.

Completed on time and on budget.
